Dan Caffese

Dan was born in 1954 in Stockton California and raised in a rural farm setting. He graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1976 with BS in Electrical Engineering. He was converted to Christ in his early twenties. He worked in the fields of electrical and software engineering for 24 years. He pastored Emmanuel Bible Church in Tempe/Mesa from 1987 to 1997. In August of 1998 he became the interim pastor of Sovereign Grace Bible Church, Phoenix, and in May of 2000 he accepted a call to be SGBC’s permanent pastor. He has been married to his wife, Carole, since 1977. He also enjoys the outdoors, books on physics, and losing to his wife when they play Scrabble.

Mike Green

Mike was born in Wheeling West Virginia in 1955. Mike attended West Virginia University and moved to Phoenix in 1974. He married his high school sweetheart, Ruth, in September 1974. He retired from the fire protection industry after 30 years of service. Mike and Ruth have three children, Alyssa, Jana, and Aaron. He also has two grandsons, Joshua and Charlie. Mike was converted to Christ in his early 20s and is thankful daily for God‘s mercy and preserving grace. He oversees SGBC’s Care Commission and is involved in family counseling. Mike likes all sports and plays golf whenever possible.

Victor Harris

Victor and his wife Sunny have been members of Sovereign Grace Bible Church for over twenty years. They have been married for forty years and have two sons, Lee and Jacob. Vic oversees church financial matters along with other shepherding matters. He and Sunny provide marital/financial counseling for families. Vic is retired military (U.S.A.F.) and a retired inspector for the City of Phoenix. He enjoys working out and playing golf. He has a B.S. in Management and Human Resources and is pursuing his master’s degree in Management.

Nathaniel Hutchison

Nathaniel was converted to Christ at a young age having grown up in a Christian home. After he graduated from high school, he served in the military. He attended Moody Bible Institute (MBI) in Chicago. At MBI he met his wife Mabel and they were married in 1994, the same year he earned his BA in Theology. In 1997, Nathaniel attended Westminster Theological Seminary in California and graduated with an MA in Theology in 2001. His wife is Filipina and their home church in California sent them to the Philippines as missionaries in September, 2001. They served in the Philippines for seventeen years. Nathaniel and Mabel have three children, Luke, James, and Chloe. Nathaniel pastored in Metro Manila and taught at FEBIAS College of Bible as well as at Ateneo de Manila University. He enjoys reading books on ethics, philosophy, and worldview.
